You will need a 25-foot power cord and water hose, as well as water buckets for your horses.
We do not have lodging, toilets, showers, or a dump station.
There are no cabins on the campground. But there are Airbnb cabins available for lease right next door at the West Sandy Creek Winery.
Check in to the campground is at 1:00pm, and check out is at 12:00pm.
The campground is less than half a mile from the trailhead on a rural two lane Highway, 60 mph speed limit.
The grass shoulder is as wide as a 2-lane road.
The trailhead parking lot gates are closed from dusk until dawn.
Trails are predominately in the shade.
Trails are mostly barefoot (non shod) friendly, but there are a few sections with gravel.
There are no horse or human amenities along the trails or at the trailhead.
